Mobile aluminium tower instructors competency
Course objectives
This course has been designed to enable in-house company trainers to plan, organise and deliver a competency based training course on the safe use of prefabricated Mobile Aluminium Towers, and to issue an in-company certificate to successful candidates which will verify the standard of training, and successful completion.
The course fees include the cost of one of our trainer / assessors to accompany the new trainer on their first in-house course, to offer support and advice. During this visit the course content and the standard of delivery will be assessed, we cannot grant certification of the new trainer until we have assessed the content and the delivery of a full course to a live audience.

Our Insurance will only allow us to work with tower equipment that meets the following criteria:
- It must be fit for use
- It must be fit for purpose
- It must fully comply with the law
This course is designed to train suitable in-house candidates in the knowledge & skills required to allow them to design, deliver and assess trainees competence to use this type of work equipment safely and within the constraints of legislation and to award an Internal Competency Certificate.
The assessment day must take place within 28 days of the initial training, and be delivered to a course of at least four people. The two new instructors can split the theory sessions and the practical training sessions between them as both instructors will be assessed individually during the course.
All our Registered Instructors are re-assessed on a yearly basis to be arranged with the client.
