Ladder and steps user competency

A User Competency Certificate will be awarded to all course participants who successfully complete the course questionnaire and demonstrate a sound understanding of Safety Considerations and Risk Assessments required to select appropriate equipment for specific applications.

During the course, participants will be required to undertake various practical tasks involving the assembly of equipment and the correct erection and securing of ladders and steps.
